  I recently moved to region of North Carolina from Chicago and have been searching for that simply amazing dinner - and I found it at Elliotts on Linden. Our waitress, Carol I believe, was fantastic and funny and attentive. Our dinner was cooked perfectly and I could have ordered twice more. My date had steak and said, "Better than any Steakhouse steak in the area" and my Salmon was force-save-half to enjoy again tomorrow good. We already made Thanksgiving reservations and cannot wait to go back!
